Every number represents a person.
Each figure below is tied to a specific programme and reporting period. We show that context alongside every number.
Data governance note: Programme figures relate to different periods and may overlap. The figures above always show the programme and year beside each number and should not be added together to form a single combined total.
For SVSS, women's empowerment is about more than training. It is about enabling women to build skills, confidence, income, financial independence and choice. Our programmes have supported women and girls from underserved communities across sectors including healthcare, beauty, IT & Telecom, apparel and BFSI.
A person's disability should not determine their access to skills, employment or economic independence. SVSS works to create inclusive pathways that help persons with disabilities build skills, confidence and livelihood opportunities.
The 2024–25 Passport to Earning programme reported more than 10% PwD participation and 40 PwD certificates awarded through in-person training.
SVSS has implemented programmes across multiple states and through Pan-India initiatives.
An interactive, filterable reach map is a recommended future enhancement once state-level programme data has been validated.
