Our journey began with a simple belief — that access to the right opportunity can change the direction of a person's life. Over the years, our work has grown from recruitment and employment into a wider mission around skills, livelihoods, inclusion and economic opportunity. But success is not simply the number of people trained. It is the young person who enters their first job, the woman who begins earning independently, the artisan who strengthens a traditional livelihood, and the person with a disability who finds a pathway to economic participation. Our journey continues.
